Experience one-on-one coaching with a passionate, data-driven career coach, Brain Based Certified® assisting anyone seeking to improve their career, develop leadership skills, mitigate stress in high-stress environments, or make a career pivot. Alexis combines her love of coaching with a deep understanding of the latest neuroscience research to provide evidence-based solutions in every aspect of life.
We will identify career aspirations and personal development goals and create a data-driven personalized plan for achieving them. Using neuroscience-based techniques, the coach helps clients identify their strengths and weaknesses, manage stress, and develop the skills needed to succeed.
The coach also provides support and guidance throughout the job search process, from crafting a compelling resume to preparing for interviews and negotiating job offers and other needs.
Clients can choose from packages that provide ongoing support and guidance or an ad-hoc experience to address specific career challenges. We are committed to helping clients achieve their full potential and offer flexible options to meet their needs.
